体检人群肺通气功能与糖脂代谢水平的相关性研究

目的 探讨体检人群肺通气功能异常与糖脂代谢之间的关联。方法 采用横断面研究设计,收集2023年度在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院健康管理中心接受肺通气功能检查的体检者资料,分析体肺通气功能异常与糖脂代谢指标的相关性。结果 肺通气功能障碍总体检出率为6.7%,其中男性(7.3%)高于女性(5.3%)(P<0.05)。各年龄段肺功能异常检出率差异显著(P<0.05)。单因素分析发现,空腹血糖水平在肺通气异常组高于正常组(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白和胆固醇在肺通气异常组中均低于正常组(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,空腹血糖(OR=1.05,P=0.020)和总胆固醇(OR=0.88,P=0.013)均与肺通气功能障碍相关。结论 体检人群糖脂代谢指标与肺通气功能障碍具有一定相关性。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the association between abnormal pulmonary ventilation function and glycolipid metabolism in a physical examination population. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted using data collected in 2023 from individuals who underwent pulmonary ventilation function tests at the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China. The correlation between abnormal pulmonary ventilation function and glycolipid metabolic indicators was analyzed. Results The overall detection rate of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction was 6.7%, which was significantly higher in males(7.3%) than in females(5.3%)(P<0.05). The detection rates of abnormal pulmonary function varied significantly across different age groups(P<0.05). Univariate analysis revealed that fasting blood glucose levels were higher in the abnormal pulmonary ventilation group compared to the normal group(P<0.05), while levels of low-density lipoprotein and total cholesterol were lower in the abnormal group(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that fasting blood glucose(OR = 1.05, P = 0.020) and total cholesterol(OR=0.88, P=0.013) were both independently associated with pulmonary ventilation dysfunction. Conclusions Glycolipid metabolic indicators show a certain correlation with pulmonary ventilation dysfunction in a physical examination population.
